Connect Bellevue Brand Guidelines
Who We Are
Connect Bellevue is Bellevue's Transportation Management Association, forging partnerships and promoting transportation options to improve mobility across the city. We've been doing this since 1986, making us one of the longest-standing TMAs in the country. We work alongside property managers, employers, and commuters to make transit, walking, biking, ridesharing, and flexible work options easier to access.
Our Personality
Practical. We lead with real benefits: cost savings, compliance, easier commutes, less parking pressure.
Partnership-driven. Our credibility comes from the people we work with: King County Metro, Sound Transit, the City of Bellevue, local employers and property managers. We talk about transportation as something we solve together.
Experienced. We're one of the longest-running TMAs in the country, working in Bellevue since 1986. We write like an organization that's seen this city grow and knows what it takes to keep it moving.
Locally rooted. We're Bellevue specific. We know the buildings, the routes, the employers, and the people behind this work.
Forward-looking. We help employers, property managers, and commuters get ready for what's next instead of just reacting to what's already happened.
Visual Identity
Logo
Our logo should always be used in its original proportions, without stretching, recoloring, or altering. Maintain clear space around the logo and avoid placing it on busy or low-contrast backgrounds.
Connect Bellevue's logo includes the wordmark, the colored pin and circle icon marks, and the "A Service of the Bellevue Downtown Association" tagline. In most cases, use the version with the BDA tagline beneath the logo, so the relationship to BDA stays visible.
Primary logo (full color, with BDA tagline)
Use on white or light backgrounds. This is the default logo for most applications, including the website, documents, and presentations.
White text logo (color icons, with BDA tagline)
Use on medium to dark backgrounds where the wordmark needs to switch to white for legibility, but the pin and icon marks can stay in full color.
Reversed logo (white, with BDA tagline)
Use on dark or colored backgrounds. The pin keeps its brand color; the wordmark and tagline switch to white for legibility.
All-white logo (with BDA tagline)
Use on busy photo backgrounds or very dark backgrounds where even the colored pin would be hard to read. Fully monochrome, no color accents.
Color Palette
Use the full color palette for primary brand materials like social graphics, presentations, and the website.
