Our Story.

The Bellevue Downtown Association created Connect Bellevue (formerly TransManage) in 1986 to confront the transportation challenges of a growing downtown. Connect Bellevue is one of the country's longest-standing Transportation Management Associations (TMAs). Our mission could not be more relevant given the growth this region is facing.

Our mission is to enhance Bellevue’s quality of life and economic vitality by promoting transportation options and improving accessibility for all.
