ORCA Business Passport Referral Program

If your employer provides ORCA Business Passport, you can earn up to $300 just for spreading the word!

How It Works

The ORCA Business Passport Referral Program rewards card holders for spreading the word about employer-subsidized unlimited transit. Employees at companies currently enrolled in ORCA Business Passport can refer other employers to the program. If that company signs an ORCA Business Passport contract within 90 days of your referral, you’ll receive a Visa gift card as a thank you! (while supplies last)

Three simple steps:

  1. Submit a referral. Fill out the referral form below with your information and the contact details for the company you're referring. Be sure to submit your referral before the referred company contacts Connect Bellevue or King County Metro — referrals cannot be applied retroactively.

  2. We take it from there. Connect Bellevue will reach out to the referred company to introduce the program and guide them through the consultation process.

  3. Get rewarded. Once the referred company signs an ORCA Business Passport contract and confirms you as their referral source, you'll receive your Visa gift card!

Reward Structure

  • $100 for your first successful referral

  • $50 for each additional successful referral

  • Up to $300 total per referrer

Eligibility

To make a referral, you must:

  • Be employed by a company currently enrolled in the ORCA Business Passport program.

The company you refer must:

  • Not currently or previously hold an ORCA Business Passport contract (former and existing customers are not eligible)

  • Not already be in contact with Connect Bellevue or King County Metro about the program

  • Be a different company than your own (self-referrals are not eligible)

  • Name you as their referral source during the contracting process

  • Sign an ORCA Business Passport contract within 90 days of the referral submission

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit, though total rewards are capped at $300 per referrer. One reward is issued per referred company, and if multiple people refer the same company, the reward goes to the first valid submission.

  • No. The referred company must be a first-time ORCA Business Passport participant. Companies that previously held a contract, including lapsed or cancelled accounts, are not eligible.

  • No. Your referral must be submitted before the referred company reaches out to us or before we initiate contact with them. Referrals cannot be applied retroactively.

  • No. Self-referrals are not eligible for the program.

  • Connect Bellevue will reach out to the company you referred to introduce the ORCA Business Passport program and begin the consultation process. You'll be notified when the referred company signs a contract.

  • Yes. The referred company must sign a contract within 90 days of the referral and name you as their referral source during the contracting process. Be sure to let them know you're submitting a referral so they can confirm it when the time comes.

  • This program is available while supplies last. Connect Bellevue reserves the right to modify or end the program at any time.
