We will serve as the BTC to ensure all tenants and their employees know their building transportation benefits and travel options in Bellevue. As the BTC, we will coordinate the city's biennial TMP surveys and attend TMP trainings and programs offered by the city.

Fulfill the customized requirements for each building, including implementing the guaranteed ride home program for employees, registering for free parking passes, and other specialized requirements set by the city.
