Key Center

Please complete this form if you would like to participate in the Key Center carpool / vanpool parking program. Employees who customarily commute to work by carpool or vanpool are eligible to receive a $15 discount on monthly parking and to park in the designated carpool / vanpool stalls. 
To be eligible, you and your carpool partner must both be employees of a building tenant, must be current monthly parkers, and must have entered the garage at least 15 times in the previous month. Any misuse of a voucher (transferring it to another parker, etc.) or misrepresentation on this form will result in permanent disqualification from the program and fines as specified below.  To maintain eligibility, the carpool must drive together for at least 75% of all days in any given 30-day period on which at least one parker enters the garage. 
Once you have been approved for carpool parking, you will be eligible on your next monthly billing to receive a 50% discount on monthly parking. Please note that billings are generated on or about the 15th day of the preceding month for each billing period, and invoices which have already been generated at the standard rate shall not be subject to a discount.

If you work in the building and you primarily commute by non-drive-alone modes, you may be eligible for benefits. Employees registered for building benefits can also receive the Emergency Ride Home benefit in case of a qualifying emergency. Fill out the form below to be on the list for benefits.
